Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4 business days after payment confirmation.
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery
Due to the ongoing war situation in Ukraine, we currently ship orders only via economy international shipping using Ukrposhta. Estimated delivery time:
- 7–20 business days in most cases
- In some situations, delivery may take up to 30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination country customs processing
- local postal services
Delivery delays are outside of our direct control.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your shipment using the official Ukrposhta tracking page:
Please note:
- Tracking updates may appear with a delay after shipment
- International tracking may be updated only after the parcel reaches the destination country
Customs Clearance
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the item price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
